What is included in the 8 CD set?
Audio 1 General Weight Release Strategies This is designed for weight release, motivation, and overall success. This script has most of the general concepts introduced in the other audios of this series. This is a great introductory hypnosis protocol for those of you beginning your weight release journey. I would recommend you listening to this script at least once a week as a “booster” for all challenges, including ego strengthening and motivation.
Audio 2 Melt the Fat! This is perhaps my favorite and most effective suggestions for weight release. It included creative visualizations you can implement throughout your day. It supports exercise and water intake with a shift in approach to the general weight release process. It offers you tools and phrases that make sense, and therefore you will continually be able to reinforce your objective throughout the day, self-hypnosis at its best! You may choose to use this as your weekly “booster” which is fine as it contains similar suggestions to the General Script.
Audio 3: Shifting From Sugar and Sweets If sugar and sweets are your vice, this is designed to help you shift your desire for sweets. I prefer to reinforce the power you have to “save it for later” or choose to not have it at all because there will always be the choice. I also encourage you to choose healthy alternatives, which reduces your need to binge on sugary sweets or snacks.
Audio 4: Redefining Exercise I refer to exercise as “manifesting”. It is MY time for me to listen to my theme songs and daydream about where I want to be in my life. This is designed to motivate you to exercise by shifting the way you look at exercise. So often we associate exercise with punishment for being overweight or fat. This script has you look at the benefits of exercise, particularly walking. This wonderful script offers you a new perspective by shifting the way you think about yourself AND offers exercise as the time you spend taking care of YOU.
Audio 4: Confidence Builder This is designed for emotional support and motivation for the entire weight release process. It provides positive reinforcement and a boost for your ego! It has been proven that hypnosis scripts, which include some form of ego strengthening/ego building, have a higher success than those that do not. Some aspects of this script have been built in to all my scripts; this however is more focused on building up your confidence.
Audio 6: Eliminate Nighttime Snacking So many clients have challenges with evenings and snacking, even if they have been “good” all day. This script is to help you with the temptations of nighttime boredom and the snacking that can ensue. This script also helps you shift your thoughts from food to other more productive activities. It supports a regular sleep time, and promotes eight hours of sleep, as that can be a wonderful asset in your weight release process.
Audio 7: Grounding Your Energy Being grounded is often associated with being real; being a solid steady force. In metaphysical terms it is about literally being grounded energetically. We are energy. In a sense, we are conduits of energy. Before you walk into a situation that may require composure, a deep breath will help you return to the suggestions in this script and ground your energy. Remebering to do this before you walk up to a buffet, or into the kitchen can help control emotional eating. Binge eating often occurs when you are NOT grounded, therefore you eat in order to fill the energetic void, this scrip can help!
Audio 8: Vibrating Whealthy The highest vibration we can have in this human body is joy. When you are vibrating this high, dis-ease cannot reside, fat cannot reside...they are lower vibrations, lower in energy. Vibrating Whealthy is a powerful creative visualization guiding you to define what makes you happy and helping you attract and maintain "happy" in your life. But more importantly, it guides you and helps you to raise your vibrations and find your joy. Being happy is the key ingredient to permanent weight release. This is a beautiful script, and can be used by anyone wishing to shift their life to joy and happiness.

Self Hypnosis: You Hypnotize Yourself Every Day
Prayers are a form of hypnosis, so are affirmations, any repetitive scripting (self-talk) is self-hypnosis. Self-Hypnosis is how manifesting works. I often talk about language and the power of the mind. Self-hypnosis is how we have put ourselves in our current situations, both positive and negative, using the SAME techniques everyone talks about concerning The Law of Attraction and what is explained in "The Secret". What many of us do not realize is that it works to influence positive behavior as well as negative behavior.
Your mind is like a garden, whatever you plant and nurture will come up whether it is weeds or roses! When you use repetitive self-talk, or in simple terms, when you tell yourself something often enough, your subconscious begins to believe it and it soon becomes part of your natural behavior...think about couples that live together and eventually begin to pick up each other's habits...same thing.
For example, if you smoke and cannot quit no matter what you have tried, chances are you need to reverse your hypnosis script! I hear you now, “but Catherine, I don’t have a script” you just don’t think you do. My mother smokes. She is 79 years of age, she quit for 25 years and started up again when my sister and her children started smoking.
